RETURN POLICY

At Betty Curvy Fit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we’re here to help you navigate our return process.

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items.

Return Eligibility:

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: Include your order confirmation or packing slip with the returned items.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Intimates
  • Swimwear
  • Jewelry
  • Beauty products
  • Accessories
  • Sale items

Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase are also non-returnable.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate Return: Visit our Returns Portal to start your return request.
  2. Prepare Package: Securely package the items, including the order confirmation or packing slip.
  3. Ship Return: Use the provided prepaid return shipping label to send your package back to us.

 

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Within Canada: Return shipping is free when using our prepaid return label.
  • International Returns: Customers outside Canada are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

 

Processing Time:

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your package. Once processed, you’ll receive a store credit in the form of a Betty Curvy Fit gift card, which can be used for future purchases.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return the original item for store credit and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
